Board Game Stories: Unsolicited Games

Welcome to Unsolicited Games, where we, the designers, like to make up games as much as we like to play them. Some of us more so. The stories one can play out and tell through a board game is what really drives us.

The name comes from a rejection letter from a major board game maker. Nothing quite like spite and some laughs about it to make you finish a project and dive into more. The box, parachuting into the unsuspecting gamers table is some complicated metaphor for life, the universe and everything. Or something. I don’t know, I just like to play games. Philosophy isnt my area, at least until we make a game about it.

There are many reasons to reach out to us. Maybe you have one of our games and have a question or comment or irate, meme-worthy negative review. We want to hear it. Maybe you have a fun, inventive, and defined idea you’d like to pursue. We want to help. We aren’t pros (yet), but together we could all figure it out.
